Voluntary Code for labeling of specific items on plum liqueur
Established in 2015 by the JSLMA
These Voluntary Code define the requirements for labeling plum liqueur products as "Authentic Plum Liqueur."
Businesses may label plum wine made using only plums, sugars, and alcohol, without the use of acidulants, colorings, or flavorings, as "Authentic Plum Liqueur."
